We are working with the much talked about PLA-fibre (Poly Lactic Acid) that has been processed by corn starch. PLA has had an huge impact on the market lately due to it’s environmetal benefits.
The PLA-fibre is 100% decomposable, which means that it can be brought back in to the environmental circulation without any hazardous effects.
The production of 1 ton of PLA fibre – instead of polyester – means saving 10 000 of barrels of oil.
